Delivery on location

For parcel shipments:

  • Orders up to 10 kg are shipped via DHL
  • Provided the products are in stock, you will generally receive the package within 1-5 working days.

For pallet shipments:

  • Due to the high turnover rate of the stock, delivery times may sometimes differ. Feel free to contact us.
  • Someone must be present to receive the order.
  • Shipping costs are automatically calculated in the shopping cart. This happens after filling in the order details. The amount of the shipping costs depends on the total weight.

When will I receive my order?

Due to high turnover, it can sometimes happen that products are not in stock, even though they are listed as in stock on our webshop. Do you need the cellular concrete blocks quickly? Please call for current stock. (085-0606463)

We work with external transporters. Therefore, we have no insight or influence on their schedules. Always take a delivery time into account in your planning. Initially, it may happen that the shipment is delayed, then the shipment can be delayed by 1 to 2 working days. (No compensation will be provided for this)

For stock products:

Delivery times blocks per piece

  • 1 to 2 pallets 2-3 working days
  • 3 to 15 pallets 3-7 working days
  • Full loads 21 pallets 3 working days

(maximum weight per truck with self-unloader is 22 tons)

Blocks per pallet

  • 1 to 5 pallets 10-15 working days
  • 6 to 15 pallets 5-10 working days
  • Full loads 21 pallets 3 working days

(maximum weight per truck with self-unloader is 22 tons)

How will my order be delivered?

Parcel shipments, up to 10kg, are sent via DHL. For all cellular concrete materials, they are transported per pallet. Orders of up to 2 pallets are usually transported by a small truck. From 3 pallets, a large truck is used. As a customer, you are responsible for the accessibility of the unloading address. The pallets are unloaded next to the truck. Due to liability, the drivers are not allowed to unload pallets further onto the property.

We work with external transport companies. They have all the knowledge and skills to deliver your order properly. For example, a full pallet weighs approx. 1000kg, it is important that this is handled correctly. Our transporters plan their routes as efficiently and sustainably as possible. This way we prevent unnecessary driving. We have no insight or say in the routes of the transporters. However, we can always, in consultation, agree on a desired delivery date.

Can my order be placed inside, or at the back of my property?

Unfortunately, this is not possible. We have an agreement with our transporter that pallets will be unloaded next to the truck. This is due to our liability. Should damage occur unexpectedly when moving the pallets, for example to the paving, this cannot be compensated by us or the transporter. Therefore, as a customer, you are responsible for moving the pallet. In addition, not all trucks have a piggyback forklift or suitable pallet truck.

Can I cancel my order?

If you have placed an order, you may want to cancel it. This is only possible in consultation. If the shipment has already been scheduled for transport or has already been dispatched, we can no longer cancel your order.

In case of a cancellation, we are unfortunately forced to charge an 8% cancellation fee. We do this to cover the incurred bank and administration costs. The amount will be settled on your credit note. We appreciate your understanding.

Why do you not offer free shipping for a certain purchase amount?

If you look critically, there is actually no such thing as free shipping. Or rather, this is simply not possible. Transport companies or postal companies do not offer free shipping; this must, of course, be paid for.

How can other webshops offer this? This is calculated into the product price.

We consciously choose not to do this because the moment our customers order multiple products, they pay double or more for shipping in this way.

I ordered too much, can this be returned?

Cellular concrete is a fragile product when on the pallet. In the past, we have unfortunately often experienced that broken cellular concrete blocks were returned. This is often because pallets have been on a construction site where the ground was not level. This can cause the bottom layer of blocks to break. Or the cellular concrete blocks get damaged during transport. We often only discover this when the pallet is with the next customer. This is very annoying for all parties and costs a lot of time, money, and is detrimental to the environment. For these reasons, we no longer accept returns.

We therefore ask you to calculate accurately what you need to avoid having an unnecessary amount of blocks left over.
