Delivery on location

For parcel shipments:

• Orders up to 10 kg are shipped via DHL
• Provided the products are in stock, you will usually receive the package within 1-5 business days.

For pallet shipments:

• Due to the high turnover rate of our stock, delivery times may sometimes vary. Please feel free to contact us.
• Someone must be present to receive the order.
• Shipping costs are automatically calculated in the shopping cart. This happens after filling in the order details. The amount of the shipping costs depends on the total weight.

When will I receive my order?

Due to high turnover, it may sometimes happen that products are not in stock, even though they are listed as in stock on our webshop. Do you need the cellular concrete blocks quickly? Please call for current stock. (085-0606463)

We work with external transporters. Therefore, we have no insight into or influence on their schedules. Always allow for a delivery time in your planning. Initially, it may happen that the shipment is delayed, then the shipment may be delayed by 1 to 2 working days. (No compensation will be provided for this)

For stock products:

How will my order be delivered?

Parcel shipments, up to 10kg, are sent via DHL. For all aerated concrete materials, they are transported per pallet. Orders of up to 2 pallets are usually transported with a small truck. From 3 pallets, a large truck is used. As a customer, you are responsible for the accessibility of the unloading address. The pallets are unloaded next to the truck. Due to liability, drivers are not allowed to unload pallets further onto the property.

We work with external transport companies. They have all the knowledge and skills to deliver your order properly. A full pallet, for example, weighs approx. 1000kg, it is important that it is handled correctly. Our transporters plan their routes as favorably and sustainably as possible. This way, we collectively prevent unnecessary driving. We have no insight into or say in the routes of the transporters. However, in consultation, we can always agree on a desired delivery date.

Can my order be placed inside my property, or around the back?

Unfortunately, this is not possible. We have an agreement with our transporter that pallets will be unloaded next to the truck. This is due to our liability. Should damage unexpectedly occur to, for example, the pavement when moving the pallets, this cannot be compensated by us or the transporter. Therefore, as a customer, you are responsible for moving the pallet. Additionally, not all trucks have an accompanying forklift or suitable pallet jack.

Can I cancel my order?

If you have placed an order, it may happen that you want to cancel it. This is only possible in consultation. If the shipment has already been scheduled for transport or has already been dispatched, we can no longer cancel your order.

In case of a cancellation, we are unfortunately forced to charge an 8% cancellation fee. We do this to cover the incurred bank and administrative costs. The amount will be settled on your credit note. We appreciate your understanding.

Why don't you offer free shipping for a certain purchase amount?

If you look critically, there is actually no such thing as free shipping. Or, in other words, it's simply not possible. Transport companies or postal companies do not offer free shipping; it must, of course, simply be paid for.

How do other webshops manage to offer this? This is calculated into the product price.

We consciously choose not to do this because when our customers order multiple products, they would pay double or more for shipping this way.

I've ordered too much, can I return it?

Cellular concrete is a fragile product when it is on the pallet. In the past, we have unfortunately often experienced that damaged cellular concrete blocks were returned. This is often because pallets were stored on a construction site where the ground was not level. This can cause the bottom layer of blocks to break. Or the cellular concrete blocks get damaged during transport. We often only discover this when the pallet is with the next customer. This is very inconvenient for all parties and costs a lot of time, money, and is environmentally damaging. For these reasons, we no longer accept returns.

Therefore, we ask you to carefully and accurately calculate what you need to avoid having too many blocks left over.
