Delivery on location

The following applies to parcel shipments:

• Orders up to 10 kg are shipped via DHL
• Provided the products are in stock, you will usually receive the package within 1-5 working days.

The following applies to pallet shipments:

• Due to our high inventory turnover, delivery times may vary. Please feel free to contact us.
• Someone must be present to receive the order.
• Shipping costs are automatically calculated in the shopping cart after you enter your order information. The shipping costs depend on the total weight.

When will I receive my order?

Due to high turnover, some items may be out of stock even though they are listed in our webshop. Need the aerated concrete blocks quickly? Call us for current stock availability. (085-0606463)

We work with external carriers. Therefore, we have no insight into or influence on their schedules. Always factor in delivery time when planning your shipment. Initially, shipments may be delayed by 1 to 2 business days. (No compensation will be provided for this.)

How will my order be delivered?

Parcel shipments up to 10kg are shipped via DHL. All aerated concrete materials are transported on pallets . Orders of up to two pallets are generally transported by a small truck. Orders of three pallets or more are transported by a large truck. As a customer, you are responsible for ensuring the accessibility of the unloading address. Pallets are unloaded next to the truck. For liability reasons, drivers are not permitted to unload pallets further inside the yard.

We work with external transport companies. They have all the knowledge and skills to deliver your order correctly. A full pallet, for example, weighs approximately 1000kg, so it's crucial that this is handled properly. Our carriers plan their routes as efficiently and sustainably as possible. This way, we work together to prevent unnecessary travel. We have no control over the carriers' routes. However, we can always agree on a preferred delivery date in consultation.

Can my order be placed inside or around the back?

Unfortunately, this isn't possible. We have an agreement with our carrier that the pallets are unloaded next to the truck. This is due to our liability. Should any damage, for example to paving stones, occur during the moving of the pallets, we or the carrier cannot reimburse you for this. Therefore, you, as the customer, are responsible for moving the pallet yourself. Furthermore, not all trucks are equipped with a forklift or suitable pallet jack.

Can I cancel my order?

If you've placed an order, you may want to cancel it. This is only possible after consultation. If the shipment is already scheduled for transport or has already shipped, we can no longer cancel your order.

In the event of a cancellation, we are unfortunately forced to charge an 8% cancellation fee. This is to cover bank and administration costs. The amount will be deducted from your credit note. We appreciate your understanding.

Why don't you offer free shipping on certain orders?

If you look closely, there's really no such thing as free shipping. Or put another way, it's simply not possible. Carriers and postal services don't offer free shipping; it simply has to be paid for.

How can other online stores offer this? It's factored into the product price.

We consciously choose not to do this because when our customers order multiple products, they pay double or more for shipping this way.

I ordered too much, can I return it?

Aerated concrete is a fragile product when it's on a pallet. Unfortunately, in the past, we've often experienced damaged aerated concrete blocks being returned. This is often because pallets were placed on a construction site with an uneven surface. This can cause the bottom layer of blocks to break. Or the aerated concrete blocks can become damaged during transport. We often only discover this when the pallet is at the next customer's location. This is very frustrating for all parties involved and costs a lot of time and money, and is harmful to the environment. For these reasons, we have taken the initiative to... no returns more on.

We therefore ask you to calculate carefully and accurately what you need to avoid having too many blocks left over.
